This agreement governs use of the Odyssey investor reporting dashboard at dashboard.odysseyfunctionalenergy.com (the “Dashboard”), operated by Odyssey Wellness LLC (“Odyssey”). By signing in to the Dashboard you accept these terms.
License
Odyssey grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Dashboard for the sole purpose of viewing investor reporting that Odyssey has published to you. No other rights are granted.
Access codes and accounts
Your access code and account are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or disclosed to anyone else. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify Odyssey promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.
Confidentiality
Everything in the Dashboard — financial snapshots, company performance data, and your position details — is confidential information of Odyssey. You may use it only to monitor your own investment, and you may not copy, publish, scrape, or share it with third parties, except with Odyssey’s written consent, to your own professional advisers bound by confidentiality, or as required by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other investors or to areas of the Dashboard you are not authorized for.
- Do not probe, disable, overload, or interfere with the Dashboard or its security.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Dashboard.
- Do not use automated tools to extract data from the Dashboard.
Not investment, tax, or legal advice
The Dashboard presents summarized financial information drawn from Odyssey’s accounting records as of the dates shown. It is provided for information only, may be adjusted in later reporting, and is not audited financial reporting, investment advice, or an offer of securities. Your investment remains governed by your subscription or investment agreements with Odyssey, which control if they conflict with anything shown in the Dashboard.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Dashboard is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odyssey is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Dashboard, and its total liability in connection with the Dashboard will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your rights under your investment agreements.
Termination and changes
Odyssey may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when an investor relationship ends. Odyssey may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions about this agreement: Admin@odysseyelixir.com.
